Rates
$160.00-$180.00 per 50-minute session. I do not accept insurance but will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company if they provide out-of-network benefits.
Payment
Checks and Credit cards through: Ivy, Zelle, Paypal and Venmo are acceptable forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Request a therapy appointment on the Contact page. Appointments are available Monday through Friday through Telehealth (HIPAA compliant), daytime and evening appointments are available.
Telehealth
Socially distant does not mean emotionally distant. Therapy has always been about creating a safe relationship between therapist and client. I do not want to put you or me in harm’s way. Your safety is a priority. Telehealth video calls and phone calls are tools that facilitate contact during this pandemic time. I can help with managing reactions, processing grief, and can facilitate how to use this opportunity to grow and develop. I have extensive experience providing therapy over a secure (HIPAA compliant), professional platform. I am happy to talk with you to see if starting work together at this time would feel helpful, supportive and lead to growth.
If we determine telehealth is not for you let’s discuss it because mental health providers are considered essential workers. We can discuss how to do in-person therapy in a safe way.
